TOPS System is down
All of sudden on 19th Sept 2007, TOPS system that has been supporting the operations activities were down for 2 days. Activities switched to manual system and few of the activities were supported by the back up server.
What a disaster.
Customer Survey
Since 3rd Sept until 17th Sept I distributed questionairre for customer survey. From 385 questionairres we distributer, 340 returned and the results are not bad. Almost 80% claimed that our service is improved and much better and they are satisfied.
I am quite happy to experience this results.
